A process with room to think.

01 — Meet and map
Our first appointment is a conversation about the garment you need and the life it will have. We discuss silhouette, comfort, fabric weight, care and timing, then take measurements and note the small details that make a piece feel familiar.
02 — Shape and fit
For new commissions, we often build a toile: a working version in calico or linen that lets us test balance and movement before cutting the final cloth. You will try it on in the atelier, where we adjust the line together.
03 — Make and refine
After fitting, the garment is cut and assembled in our Gothenburg workroom. A second fitting may be arranged for tailored pieces. We finish each project by checking the interior as carefully as the outside, then explain simple care so the piece can settle into regular wear.
Lead times depend on fabric and complexity. We will always give a realistic estimate before you decide to proceed.
